Sankalpa Garden offers therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic bodywork and education, nurturing care for growing families, and supportive spaces for people moving through different stages of life.
Current offerings include Signature Ayurvedic Bodywork, Therapeutic Massage, Marma Therapy, Ayurvedic Education & Consultation, the Abhyanga Body Oil Ritual, Sacred Space for Grief & Healing, A Commitment to Care, Growing Garden services, and Porch Time with PJ.
It is an educational, nurturing service for parents and caregivers who want to learn gentle, age-appropriate massage techniques they can use with their own children.
PJ demonstrates techniques with an infant massage doll when appropriate while parents and caregivers learn to recognize a child's cues, practice gentle touch, and find ways to make nurturing touch part of everyday family life.

PJ combines more than 25 years of teaching experience with degrees in Psychology and Educational Leadership and specialized infant and pediatric massage training. She is also a Nevada Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, and Certified Infant Massage Coach.
Her education background shapes the coaching approach: the goal is not simply to demonstrate strokes, but to help parents and caregivers understand what they are doing, notice their child's cues, and build confidence.

Sacred Space for Grief & Healing: available on Zoom or, by arrangement, in person on PJ's porch in Las Vegas.
Growing Garden: Infant & Child Massage Coaching is being prepared as an in-home Las Vegas-area service. Prenatal and postpartum massage booking is scheduled to begin October 1, 2026.
Ayurveda recognizes that each person has a unique constitution and that needs can change with stage of life, routine, season, and environment.
Sessions explore your constitution, current concerns, lifestyle, nourishment, sleep, and daily rhythms, then translate that information into practical approaches such as food choices, supportive daily routines (dinacharya), seasonal adjustments, rest, movement, breathing, meditation, and other appropriate practices.
The goal is not an overwhelming list of changes. It is to find practices that feel useful and sustainable. The two-session package is $200 and the three-session package is $250.
A Commitment to Care is a three-session package for $300. Each appointment is guided by your individual needs and may include therapeutic massage, Ayurvedic bodywork, or a combination of both.
A minimum $50 deposit reserves the package; the remaining $250 is due at the first appointment. The package applies to appointments at PJ's treatment location. Mobile services are priced separately.
A compassionate space for people moving through grief, loss, caregiving, and life's many transitions: a place to be heard, explore what may support you, and make room for both grief and living.
It is pay what you can, with no explanation needed, and is available on Zoom or in person on PJ's porch in Las Vegas. This is supportive conversation and education, not psychotherapy.
Porch Time is a small, unrecorded Zoom gathering for real conversation, connection, listening, laughter, and simply being there for one another. You are welcome to share or simply come and listen. Listening is participating, too.
Porch Time is offered at no cost during October, November, and December 2026. Explore Porch Time and upcoming gatherings.

Policies
These policies are intended to keep the experience clear and uncomplicated while protecting the time reserved specifically for each client.
Sessions are available by appointment. An appointment is confirmed when you receive a booking confirmation and any required payment or deposit has been completed.
Please complete any requested intake information before your appointment so session time can stay focused on your care.
Late arrival: if you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time so the next appointment can begin on time.
Life happens. If you need to change an appointment, please let PJ know as soon as possible.
If illness, an emergency, or an unexpected circumstance comes up, contact PJ as soon as possible. Exceptions can be considered case by case.
Payment arrangements depend on the service selected. The complete price will be displayed or confirmed before payment.
A Commitment to Care includes three sessions for $300. The $50 minimum deposit is part of the $300 total, not an additional charge.
Packages are intended to support consistent care and are not transferable to another person.
If you are unable to complete a package or need to change how you use remaining sessions, contact PJ directly before making another booking so the situation can be reviewed.
Sacred Space for Grief & Healing is offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. Contribute an amount that is comfortable for you; there is no suggested minimum and no need to explain your circumstances.
PJ initially offers two of these sessions each month so this care can remain available alongside her other commitments.
Information collected for appointments and client care is used for those purposes and kept separate from general marketing contacts.
Booking an appointment or joining Porch Time does not automatically subscribe you to promotional email. If you separately choose to receive occasional updates, you can unsubscribe at any time.
Porch Time gatherings are not recorded by Sankalpa Garden.
Ayurvedic education focuses on lifestyle, nourishment, daily practices, and personal well-being. Sacred Space for Grief & Healing provides supportive conversation and education and is not psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis care. Massage and bodywork are provided within PJ's professional scope as a Nevada Licensed Massage Therapist.
These services do not replace appropriate medical or mental health care.
For pediatric massage, a parent or caregiver remains in the room and the child's comfort and choices guide the session. Infant & Child Massage Coaching is an educational service in which PJ teaches parents and caregivers techniques they can practice with their own children.
Mobile Growing Garden services are being developed for the Las Vegas area. Mobile pricing reflects additional travel, preparation, equipment, and setup, and the complete price will be confirmed before an appointment is accepted.
For appointments requiring a massage table, PJ needs convenient, safe access and parking reasonably close to the appointment location. Please share stairs, parking restrictions, gated-entry instructions, or other access considerations when requesting an appointment.
